Article 1 Fields of application and modification of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions exclusively govern all sales concluded through the website chic-dashiki.com.
Chic Dashiki reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. These latter are only applicable to the products present on this site as well as to individuals ordering there, to the exclusion of all other conditions. In the event of modification, the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. However, hypertext type links to the site are authorized without specific requests.
Article 1.1 Acceptance of conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. No general or specific conditions appearing in the documents sent or delivered by the customer may be incorporated into these terms, as long as these documents are incompatible with these general conditions.
Article 2. Purpose
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by Chic Dashiki to the customer.
Article 3. Entry into force

Article 6. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros or $, £ on the Chic Dashiki website, and are only valid on the date the order form is sent by the customer. Article 8. Availability of products
The order will be prepared at the latest within 72 hours from the day following that on which the customer paid for their order. In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, in particular due to our suppliers, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling their order. The customer will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within 30 days of payment at the latest, or an exchange of the product. But in all cases, Chic Dashiki strives to ship all orders in France within 3 to 7 days and a maximum of 7 to more than 15 days for orders abroad, excluding public or non-working holidays.
Article 9. Delivery terms
Chic Dashiki does everything possible to ensure that your delivery takes place in the best conditions and as quickly as possible. The products ordered are delivered to the address you indicated on the order form in mainland France, Dom Tom, and abroad.
Invoices are sent to the email address indicated during your registration. The delivery time can vary from 3 to 5 days for France and from 7 to more than 15 days for international destinations from the date of validation of your order.

Shipping and deliveries are made in different ways:

Article 10: Delivery problems caused by the carrier

Article 11: Delivery errors – Defective products
